**We're hiring a Commercial Director to drive commercial strategy across our emerging product lines.**
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is central to our growth strategy and not a typical sales management position. It is a commercial leadership role with full accountability for revenue delivery, market expansion, and brand positioning. We are looking for a commercially fluent operator who builds results through strategic thinking, executes systematically, and follows through consistently. As we grow, we are also looking for individuals who bring a systems mindset and can build on our existing commercial foundations to help evolve them toward best-in-class performance.
**About the Role**
You'll serve as one of the architects of our commercial success, managing the full spectrum from strategic planning to execution across domestic and international markets. You'll translate ambitious growth targets into operational realities that deliver sustainable results—and ensure they're followed through.
You'll also act as the cross-functional leader to ensure alignment on customer needs, forecasts, and promotional strategies. Additionally, you demonstrate composure under pressure, deliver consistently, and assume an entrepreneurial mindset for initiative with your firm understanding of our mission.
**Your Responsibilities**
- **Drive commercial strategy and execution** aligned with business goals and market opportunities in powdered nutrition and infant formula sectors — including annual business planning, growth mapping, and ensuring internal capacity matches external commitments.
- **Build and manage strategic relationships** with major grocery chains, distributors, and foodservice clients — becoming the point of accountability for commercial discussions, negotiations, and problem resolution.
- **Lead cross-functional coordination** between commercial vision and operational reality — connecting sales strategy with production, logistics, finance, and supply chain to deliver results and communicate clearly across all touchpoints.
- **Build scalable commercial infrastructure** including high-performing teams, performance-based incentive programs, CRM optimization, pricing dashboards, and promotional strategies that drive measurable results.
**Your Profile**
You bring 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing within food manufacturing, foodservice, or consumer packaged goods. You've worked at the point where commercial strategy meets operational reality—and you understand the responsibility that comes with it.
You're confident leading teams, interpreting market dynamics, aligning strategies with operational capability, and protecting both customer trust and internal execution. Your strategic plans are structured, your forecasts are accurate, and your decisions are grounded in commercial logic.
You coordinate well across functions not because you're a liaison, but because you understand how each part of the business affects the customer experience and market position. You know when to push, when to align, and when to say no.
You communicate clearly, act with consistency, and stay steady under pressure. You don't need supervision to perform, and you don't need a title to take ownership. You care about the work because the work matters.
**Your First 12 Months**

Assume ownership of commercial strategy. Complete team assessment and establish strategic account plans.
**Q1 2026**
Support comprehensive market analysis and pricing strategy, with real time analysis. Execute first major promotional campaigns and business reviews.
**Q2 2026**
Launch new business development initiatives. Resolve legacy customer issues and align forecasting processes.
**Q3 2026**
Achieve annual sales targets. Complete team development programs and establish performance-based incentive structure.
