Site Manager, Epc Division

We are looking for a skilled and proactive **EPC Site Manager** to lead on-site operations for complex marine and offshore construction projects. This role is central to ensuring project execution aligns with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead daily site operations and supervise multidisciplinary teams (HVAC, piping, welding, interiors, etc.).
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Review technical drawings to validate readiness for on-site installation.
- Act as the primary on-site liaison for Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Represent ALMACO in coordination meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Track and report installation schedules, progress, and risks to project leadership.
- Enforce HSEQ protocols in collaboration with the QHSE Manager.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site or project management within marine, offshore, or industrial construction.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 or similar planning tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site full-time during project phases.
