We are seeking passionate and curious minds to join our team as Early Career - Associate Consultants. This full-time role begins with an immersive 8-week in-person bootcamp in our 3 studios: Edmonton, AB - Canada, Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO. - Approaching graduation from a university program in Computer Sciences, Engineering, and Information Technology.

**OR**
- 1-2 years of professional experience and are now looking for accelerated growth in a challenging environment in Consulting. Transitioning from a non-consulting profession (e.g., military, education, customer service) included.

**Required Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise**:

- Must have technical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be in-person at the program location listed and be fully engaged in our program.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, and time management are important for integrating into the workplace and collaborating effectively.
- Demonstrating strong self-sufficiency and initiative as a self-starter.
- Genuine interest in becoming a consultant and driving solutions for multiple clients and initiatives on a frequent basis.
- Big appetite and passion for AI and Microsoft space.

**Learning and Development**:
You will be participating in an 8-week bootcamp that is packed with learning, training, hands-on experimentation, business focus, and advisor support. During this bootcamp, you can expect to engage in a variety of activities, including:

- **Interactive Workshops**: These sessions will cover essential topics and skills, providing you with the knowledge needed to excel in your role.
- **Business Simulations**: These activities will help you understand the dynamics of business operations and decision-making processes.
- **Mentorship Sessions**:You'll have access to experienced advisors who will offer guidance, support, and career advice.

- **Skill Development Training**:Focused training sessions to enhance your technical and soft skills.

This bootcamp is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience that will prepare you for success in your career.

After the 8-week bootcamp, upon graduation, you will be offered a full-time position as an Associate Consultant**and have experience in the following:

- **Client Engagement**: Assist in understanding client needs and requirements and contribute to the development of tailored AI solutions.
- **Data Analysis**: Perform data collection, cleaning, and analysis to support AI model development and implementation.
- **Research**: Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with senior consultants to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and solutions to clients.
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of AI technologies and consulting methodologies.
- **Project Support**: Provide administrative and logístical support for AI projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
