**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Collaborating with Service leaders, the Business Partner is accountable and responsible to align Service business priorities & BIS Strategy, delivering end-to-end services & solutions
- Leveraging capabilities and capacity of the core BIS teams, he/she continuously drives service improvements enabled by new technologies, cost optimization (providing transparency), automation, constantly reviewing/challenging ways of working
- Partner with Service leaders, driving delivery of projects & services, ensuring contribution to business strategy and objectives
- Influence and translate needs to strategic roadmap and solutions, aligned with priorities and budget
- Develop measurable key performance indicators to ensure value generation
- Act as the champion for BIS services towards the Service team and represent the holistic view & strategy of the Service team within the BIS organization
- Working in conjunction with BIS teams, foster innovation through guard rails to deploy innovative solutions that balance the use of emerging technologies and the innovative use of existing platforms
- Provide effective communication & experience to enable rapid, repeatable, and sustainable adoption of leading end to end processes as well as the deployment of enterprise solutions, ensuring successful and sustainable adoption of solutions
- Generate strategic value, innovation and enable transformation by aligning and orchestrating business agility with knowledgeable, continuous learning and skilled talent
- Provide an engaging environment to ensure success for all stakeholders
- Solve complex problems.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- Have strong business knowledge, strategic outlook, and organizational understanding to define the appropriate BIS strategies, aligned with priorities
- Have a strong financial acumen
- Have effective communication and influencing skills (French and English)
- Able to deal with ambiguity, take rapid and complex decisions in changing environment
- Hold a University Degree in Management or Computer Science or other relevant fields
- Have a solid understanding of industry leading practices and processes
- Have more than 15 years of experience in a senior management position
