**Carlo’s Bakery - NEW LOCATION HIRING**

We are looking for Full Time or Part Time Supervisors to join our team

Carlo’s Bakery is world renowned for making beautiful and interesting cakes, pastries, and desserts. Carlo’s Bakery has set high quality standards and through the TV appearances of Buddy Valastro has been able to set an extremely high expectation for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
The position includes food safety supervision.
- Supervise team members and coach
- Maintain production levels
- Ensures that the quality of products meets established brand standards
- Ensure equipment is clean and maintained
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Have full knowledge of all menu items
- **Education/Experience**_
- Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant supervisory experience
- Food handler and food safety training
- High school diploma (OSSD or GED)
- First aid and Health & Safety Certification, an asset
- **Knowledge/Skills**_
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Serve as a strong Carlo’s Bakery Brand Ambassador
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple work tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail with regards to product presentation and design
- Willingness to work with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create exceptional food offerings
- **Working Conditions**_
- Hours vary to include evening or weekend work, based on changing business demands
- Lift, carry or handle objects up to 30lbs
- Required to bend, stand/walk for long periods of time during shift
