Position Overview:

education in Endodontics I and Endodontics II, both through lectures and clinical foundational

Position Qualifications:

- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with

specialized training in Endodontics.
- A valid dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Aruba.
- A minimum of three years of experience in teaching endodontics at a university level.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in endodontics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lectures for Endodontics I and Endodontics II according to the provided timeline

and schedule.
- Follow the provided lecture schedule and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of

students.
- Conduct clinical foundational courses in Endodontics I and Endodontics II as outlined in

the course schedule.
- Prepare and deliver lecture content in accordance with university guidelines and

standards.
- Assess student performance through small group discussions, university-mandated

quizzes, and examinations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students to support their academic and clinical

development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the

endodontics curriculum.
