Community Outings Support Worker

**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be crucial in assisting young individuals in need by providing them with practical and emotional support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Help individuals participate in social activities and community outings
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, Therapists and family members to ensure the individual's well-being
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working with special needs children in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion towards individuals in need
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
