Join our dedicated, hard-working team, come grow with us **The "Recipe" - Job Essentials** - Assist the product development director through stages of new product developments: concept, formulation, sourcing ingredients, bench-top prototyping, pilot plant trials and full-scale commercialization - Coordinate samples and conducting testing to validate product design and functionality as requested. Manage sample process, product development timelines, first production trials and existing product quality. - Monitor post-launch product and existing product performance, gather feedback and implement improvements based on findings and feedback. - Manage and maintain formulation and information database to provide accurate and timely information to required departments. - Ability to decorate or assist in decorating different baked good products. - Other related duties as assigned **"Secret Ingredients" - Success Factors 'You' bring to the position.** - Post-secondary in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Science or a related field - Experience in an R&D/Product development role in the baked goods industry an asset. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Detail orientated.
