**Responsibilities**: As a member of the Strategic Account Manager’s team, the Technical Representative provides expertise in the following challenges**:

- Maintain good relationships with clients;
- Make regular visits to clients according to a schedule established jointly with the Strategic Account Manager;
- Validate the procedures used and develop new ones as needed;
- Verify the condition of the cleaning systems and, if necessary, inform the customer and submit a request to the technical services department;
- Verify the effectiveness of the dosing systems;
- Identify sales opportunities and report to the Strategic Account Manager;
- Assist in the resolution of cleaning problems;
- Assist in the optimization of operational methods and budgets;
- Prepare visit reports and provide to appropriate individuals;
- Manage the PecsTM and Pecs PlusTM programs;
- Conduct Sani Marc training sessions;
- Report to immediate supervisor any strategic information, problems or unusual requests that do not conform to established approval procedures.

**Requirements**: To perform you must**:

- Have a post secondary education or relevant industry experience;
- Have knowledge of dairy industry processes;
- Have knowledge of dairy cleaning;
- Master the French language, bilingualism (English/French) is an asset;
- Be flexible with respect to yourwork schedule;
- Possess effective time management and good communication skills.
