**Position**: Full-Time Receptionist

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Possible weekend coverage when needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in guests
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Processing client checkouts (cash and card)
- Conducting daily confirmation calls
- Maximizing the appointment schedule
- Performing general salon cleaning tasks
- Overseeing the reception area to ensure smooth operation

**Typical Duties**:
**Customer Service**:

- Warmly greet clients as they enter the salon
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and update client records
- Handle payments and manage the POS system
- Maintain appointment schedules and the salon calendar
- Manage inventory of supplies

**Staff Coordination**:

- Coordinate with lash technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
- Monitor staff schedules and manage time-off requests

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote salon services and products
- Upsell products and services to clients
- Manage social media accounts and online presence
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Monitor salon maintenance needs and report issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Friendly, team-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Reliable, well-spoken, and excellent at time management
- Commitment for at least one year

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous reception experience
- Experience with Booker is a bonus
