**Summary**

As an Appointment Generator at Five Star Bath Solutions - Vancouver, you will play a vital role in driving sales by generating confirmed appointments for our Home Improvement Sales Representatives. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for home improvement and a knack for engaging with potential customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads - no cold calling
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and appointments.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both customer availability and company schedules.
- Work fast, think on your feet, and control the call

**Requirements**:

- Street-smart, fast-talking closers—you know how to keep people on the phone
- Experience setting appointments (home improvement, solar, or similar a plus)
- Competitive and money-driven mindset—you want to win and get paid
- High-volume energy—you’re ready to make an impact every day
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $700.00-$900.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6X 1H8
