We make **amazing tea cocktails**, great **food **and we are looking for people who share our passion in the **whole **experience and want to learn and master it all.
This isn’t your simple “highball” establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to **CREATE**
15 - 20 hours a week
(3 late evening / night shifts)
Starting Compensation - $15.80 / hr
Plus tip share - avg $6k to $8k / year

**Must haves**
- Genuine smile
- Desire to learn about **FOOD** and **COCKTAIL** pairings
- An amazing work ethic

- Drive to tackle new challenges and question the status quo.
- 1-3+ years Line cook experience (Even if you have less but are passionate about the hospitality industry, we want to meet you)
**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Managing the evening operations of the kitchen, such as keeping the kitchen organised and clean, making food, making cocktails, serving customers and helping the bar. Enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Performing end of night cash outs.
- Making sure the business is closed to a high standard and the end of the night.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Assisting in planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
**Night Line Cook Requirements**:
- Must love staying up late - we stay open until 2am on the weekends
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work late evening/ nighttime hours, including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
