**Position Summary**

The position will consist of a variety of Vac truck assignments which may include Combovac, Semivac, performing tasks such as industrial cleaning, oil and gas environmental services which may include confined space entry and cross training to for other equipment to meet business and project needs. Travel to perform work at client sites is required.

**Compensation and Benefits**

This position has potential to easily earn an annual income of $120K to 160K per year depending on rotation and schedule preferences. Group benefits plan includes health, dental, life, ad&d, short-term and long-term disability, employee assistance program (EAP).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive, operate and perform a variety of Vac Truck duties.
- Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all time
- Performs pre and post trip inspections
- Assists with job site preparation, staging equipment
- Maintains and updates driver’s electronic log book
- Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day
- Performs minor repairs and coordinate with mechanic group

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Valid class 1 with clean abstract (Semivac)
- Valid class 3Q license with clean abstract (Combo, Hydro)
- First Aid, H2S Alive, (ESC) Fall Protection, (ESC) Confined Space, CSO, GD201 (BCCGA)
- Good analytical and reasoning capabilities, use of good judgement and decision making
- Perform customer site requirements and service excellence
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Above average app and computer skills for day to day electronic forms, e-logs and safety compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

- Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper Worksite: 3 years (preferred)
- Hydro Vac Truck: 3 years (preferred)
- Semi Vac Truck: 1 year (preferred)
- Combo Vac Truck: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (preferred)
- Class 3 Licence (preferred)
