We are looking for a **CREATIVE **free-thinker who is not afraid of new challenges. The type of individual who will thrive in the role of Marketing Manager at RC is someone who grabs the bull by the horns. We are a dynamic and rapidly evolving business. The Marketing & Communication Department is responsible for RC “voice” externally and internally. This includes and is not limited to internal communications, memos, all social media platforms, website, print marketing, signage, etc. The Marketing Manager will be expected to
**LEAD and OVERSEE **these channels which demands the ability to problem solve and work independently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales department.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Executive Team.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Creation of video and image content for marketing channels
- Marketing campaign planning and execution
- Create marketing events
- Ensure the entire organization respects branding guidelines
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Management of website SEO
- Prepare promotional materials and presentations
- Manage Google ad word account
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage social media ads

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 5+ Years of Marketing Management experience
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- Strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Proficient with the use of Google tools (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Form)
- Previous experience with the use of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) and social media management tools
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
- In depth understanding of SEO and able to manage SEO performance as well as introduce industry best practices
- Able to work in a deadline driven environment
- Able to use creativity and think outside the box
- Reliable transportation required.

**COMPENSATION**:
90K - 130k per annum

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Stittsville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
