_**Safety Administrator/Advisor**_

We are growing again Vivid Safety is a Calgary based safety consulting company is looking for a Safety Administrator/Advisor to join our small but growing team. This role is primarily administrative however it will include some field duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Review safety documentation and complete ongoing summary reporting.
- Meet with clients to review safety program progress and provide guidance on improvement.
- Upkeep of formal documentation including revising safety manuals, creating required plans, and maintaining safety files and spreadsheets.
- Conduct safety meetings with small and large groups.
- Provide guidance and support on safety practices/procedures and COR/SECOR program processes.
- Complete periodic site safety inspections on construction sites and in facilities to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Previous construction industry and safety experience. Formal safety training designations will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with workers and maintain client relations.
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Technological skills with computers including Microsoft office and be familiar with online safety management software such as SiteDocs.
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills, and be a hard working and reliable team player.
- Previous experience in, or the drive to learn about, performing site safety inspections and completing incident investigations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay rate will be determined based on skills, previous experience and educational assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
