**Who are we?**

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.

After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.

**Role and context**

The Boeing 737 Fleet Manager supports the Flight Operations department by overseeing the overall operations of the Boeing 737 fleet. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which help them work in our team environment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working with Boeing on operational and technical issues relating to the 737
- Monitor the fleet and aircraft to detect recurring problems, identify root causes and plan corrective action
- Monitoring and evaluating airworthiness directives, service bulletins, amendments and service letters
- Assist with maintenance planning and technical files regarding task efficiency, hangar, tooling requirements and key planning considerations for line and heavy maintenance. Assist with minor technical queries
- Help shops to dispose of parts in terms of repairability or scrapping, and monitor the parts removed to determine the status of the fault.
- Drafting responses to the findings of quality assurance audits specific to flight operations and investigating SMS reports specific to flight operations.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the safety and efficiency of the fleet.

**Specific job requirements**
- Hold an AME M1 or M2 licence issued by Transport Canada
- E_ndorsement on _Boeing 737, an asset
- A sound working knowledge of safety management systems and quality assurance programmes
