**True North Sports + Entertainment** is looking for a Hospitality Administrator to join our team at Canada Life Centre.**

The **Hospitality Administrator** will be working with the Catering team to support the day-to-day operation of the catering department for TN Hospitality at Canada Life Centre and Burton Cummings Theatre.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Ensure employees and supervisors comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Support training and ongoing support for all employees in catering areas.
- Uphold open communication with the premium team.
- Assist the Catering Manager in creating orders and communicating with members prior to the event to ensure all needs are met.
- Build relationships with members to exceed service expectations and meet the needs for all catering events.
- Ensure leaders are informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.
- Support Catering Manager in ensuring accurate billing and closing invoices in a timely manner.
- Oversee proper inventory control, cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to organize and maintain resources, including documents, files, and project materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and be adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and software as required.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry, as an asset.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, an asset.
- Understanding of food safety and liquor standards, along with relevant certifications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- The highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
- Willingness and flexibility to workday-time, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license. Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.**Why you should join us**:
