**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before they become problematic.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally as directed by the property manager.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Electrical experience is essential; familiarity with wiring and circuit systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and manuals.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing teams effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Chilliwack, BC V2P 1K1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
