We are looking for a Personal Support Worker who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our next Personal Support Worker will thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong customer service skills will drive the success of their role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Support Worker or a new grad that is looking to gain experience in the field.

If your passion is rooted in all things client focused and you have a strong ability to provide excellent customer service skills, then this might be the role for you.

We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities (Day shifts/ Night shifts/ weekends shifts) in Cambridge..

**This position may appeal to you if**:- You will be the responsible for the day-day management of the client care plans.
- You will be responsible for queuing client medications.
- You have a passion for making connections and being able to build relationships and rapport with the clients you work with.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under mínimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You have a safety first mindset and understand the importance of ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your clients.

**Skills needed for success**:- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are currently certified as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
