**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require attention.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs and aftercare.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately during grooming sessions, including heavy lifting when necessary for larger breeds.
- Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best care for our clients' pets.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for building relationships with pet owners and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger animals or moving equipment.
