Job Summary

Looking for someone to work 4 days a week so every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday.

Hours are in the evening.

You will be required to work 3 hours each evening cleaning a medical centre as well as a common area that leads to the medical centre. There is a hallway, main entrance and 4 bathrooms.

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Execute custodial duties to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Engage in facilities maintenance activities to upkeep cleanliness standards.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with industry regulations.
- Be able to handle heavy lifting when required during cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized to create a pleasant environment for occupants.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly.
- Take out garbage and recycling.

Must have:

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in time management to complete tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Capable of handling heavy lifting and physical demands of the job.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
