We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to join our team at DashVapes. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while upholding our company culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and assist with product selection
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean work area and proper merchandise presentation
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet business objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure consistency across all locations
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment
- Intermediate/Advanced Vaping/E-Cigarette knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

Other:

- Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after a 3-month probationary period concludes
- **Location: Greater Toronto Area**:

- **Schedule**: 10 am-8 pm x 4 days/week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday off)
- **Compensation**: Starting at $40,000/year
