**Skills**
- Experience in Axalta Coatings would be an asset
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to auto body work.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
