**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The Leasing Agent will help rent out housing properties and assisting tenants with their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle leasing inquiries
- Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payments
- Meet with prospective tenants to determine lease terms.
- Receive security deposits.
- Coordinate with current tenants to discuss lease changes.
- Find new tenants for residential or commercial rental properties.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer relationship management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques for leasing properties effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining files and records

Pay: $31,933.00-$112,239.00 per year
