Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain knowledge of food safety guidelines and follow proper sanitation procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Uphold company standards for customer service excellence Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our organization.
