**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds, ensuring all areas are safe and functional.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for repairs, installations, and improvements.
- Build and maintain structures such as fences, decks, or garden beds as needed.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and irrigation management.
- Dig trenches or holes for planting or repairs as required.
- Regularly inspect facilities for any maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in using various power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices including irrigation techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all maintenance activities.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
