**Role Overview**:
Dymon Storage provides Guests with secure 24/7 access to their suites. The Overnight Valet Associate is responsible for providing courteous valet area assistance while promoting our services to all Guests.

**Shift Information: This position will work on a shift rotation to accommodate a 24/7 operation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open doors and assist Guests entering and leaving the drive through area
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic in the drive through area including Guest vehicles, moving trucks, commercial vehicles to ensure vehicles are properly parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
- Supply Guests with directions and information regarding DYMON amenities, services, and hours of operation, and ancillary services.
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of drive through areas, and report any vehicles and safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the Concierge Manager, Operations.
- Communicate parking procedures to Guests and visitors
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
- Conducting routine inspection of the facility to ensure it is clean and organized at all times

**You will bring**:

- Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to schedule and prioritize work for self.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.

**Physical Demands & Environment**:

- Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
