We are seeking Sales and Administration Officer on behalf of our client. This position is to gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service. This position is a permanent full time paid position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
- Supporting company marketing and promotion activities
- Handling customer services and phone calls
- Providing administration support to other colleagues and clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to Speak Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to build rapport with clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Administrative: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Chinese (required)
