Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage preventative maintenance process
- Data entry of all Repair orders
- Invoice entry
- Process parts warranties & returns
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Well organized and able to work effectively in an open office environment.
- Attention to detail
- Time Management
- Ability to work with various departments of the company
