**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **MERCHANDISER / ORDER COORDINATOR** to join our growing international trading team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking customer orders throughout the entire process — from order placement to final delivery — ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution. **Responsibilities**
- Follow up customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth production, shipment, and clearance.
- Prepare, review, and archive documents related to orders (contracts, invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.).
- Monitor shipment status and update customers and internal teams in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving order issues (delays, quantity discrepancies, quality concerns) and provide timely feedback.
- Support the sales team in customer service and help maintain long-term partnerships.
- Work with the finance team to verify invoices, payments, and related documents.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, or English is preferred.
- 1+ year experience in order coordination, trading, or import/export (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of handling international correspondence and basic oral communication.
- Familiar with import/export business process and documentation (e.g., L/C, B/L, customs forms).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual is highly preferred (Japanese/English or Chinese/English)

Pay: $17.85-$30.63 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
