Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury is looking for a DETAILER

**What is it?**

Detailers are crucial to the business for the sales and service department for our dealership. Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, detailed, and prepped prior to presentation to the customer. This includes working with a variety of cleaning agents, tools and techniques. The Detail team coordinates with both the Sales and Service teams to meet deadlines and keep the inventory shining and sanitized.

**What can I expect?**

A Detailer who joins our team will be fully trained on their role in the process. Beginning with, but not limited to, cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards, car inspections and accurate record keeping of vehicle condition. There will be a lot of time spent with a mentor, learning from senior team members, who have honed their skills and readily share their expertise.

The detailer team works 5 shifts a week from Monday to Saturday and there can be some evenings shifts scheduled as per the requirement.

***What do I need?**
- The minimum requirement of High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with a clean driving record.

***Some of the characteristics that will make you successful in this position are**:

- Attention to detail with excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- This position is physically demanding, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended time periods.
- Experience in Detailing will be considered an asset.
