Surrey-based Amazon Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) seek full-time, permanent owner-operator drivers.

**Who**:
We are looking for responsible, self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to join our
last-mile delivery team. As a delivery associate in our company, you will have the opportunity to work
with us and our partners to deliver a top-of-the-line customer service experience to end customers.
Every package has a story behind it, efficiently delivering them with a smile is your contribution to it.

**The job**:
Using your van, with a company gas card, and scanning device/mobile you will deliver packages in the greater Vancouver area. Shift times and will be 10 am to finish which is an average of 10.5 hours/day. Shifts will be 4-5 days a week and could be any of 7 days. Expect to work weekends, this is not a Monday-Friday job.
- Wages are 70% of gross, typical routes are 100-125 stops, ~$300-400/day.

**Requirements**:

- Physically capable of working up to 12 hours daily and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable getting in and out of a van multiple times a day.
- Are reliable and available for full-time work.
- Are tech-savvy and have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Are 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid BC Class 5 driver's license and clean driver abstract.
- No driver's license suspensions within the previous five years.
- No DUI/DWI within five previous years.
- Are able to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must provide a van for deliveries. (minivan or cargo van)

**Preferred**:

- A strong driving or courier background with more than one year's experience in the region.
- The ability and willingness to change a tire when needed.
- A strong customer service background.
- An outgoing, friendly, cooperative personality.
- Strong time management skills.
- A sense of comradery and team ownership.
