**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful connections with clients? As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience from offering personalized assistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them through celebrating milestones and key moments with meaningful pieces. From the first conversation to purchase and beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. **As a**Sales Associate** at Raffi Jewellers, you will**:

- Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.
- Develop and maintain expertise in fine jewellery such as precious metals, gemstones and craftsmanship, to provide personalized recommendations that reflect clients’ preferences.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.
- Ensure that the store meets the visual expectations of the brand.
- Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Have experience in retail sales. Experience dealing with a luxury retail client base and/or previous experience with watches is an asset.
- Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
