**Position Overview**:
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in bringing our customers' visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Material Handling**: Safely loading and unloading materials and equipment at our warehouse and customer sites.
- **Site Preparation**: Setting up and organizing tools and materials at the worksite to ensure efficiency and safety.
- **Installation Support**: Assisting the lead builder with measuring, cutting, and assembling enclosure components at the customer's home or business.
- **Clean-Up**: Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process and upon completion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Basic Tool Proficiency**: Familiarity with and ability to safely use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels.
- **Measurement Skills**: Accurate reading of a tape measure is crucial for precise installations.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- **Communication and Teamwork**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with customers.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, including occasional overnight stays.
- **Valid Driver's License**: A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required for travel to job sites.

**Additional Assets**:

- **Framing Experience**: Prior experience in framing or construction is a significant advantage.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges that may arise during installations.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

We foster a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone's contributions are valued. Work is Monday - Friday, Seasonally Late March - November or December depending on weather, with expected overtime during our peak season (May - October).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week

Additional pay:
