ABOUT THIS TEAM

We are part of the Global sourcing team with a focus on Raw Material Sourcing & Strategy. The Raw Material Sourcing team is dedicated to creating long range strategies that align with our core values, evaluate risk and identify opportunities that support the business needs. We provide our cross functional partners with a best-in-class supply base that drives innovation, quality and best cost.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- You will be a go to for your cross functional partners in all things Raw Materials Sourcing, with a focus on Tier 3 suppliers (Fiber, Yarn, Chemical)
- You will work with Multiple functions including Raw Material Development, Finished Goods Sourcing, Supply Planning and Sustainability
- You will support in the curation of a cutting-edge supplier base that will offer Design and Raw Material Development access to innovative and best in class suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional partners
- Communication is essential to this role, you will build internal and external relationships and provide regular updates on your areas of responsibility
- You will actively support costing excellence through seasonal cost requests, market research, negotiations and creating reporting

QUALIFICATIONS
- You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, empathetic, energetic, approachable and FUN
- Your ideal background; proven industry experience in Yarn / Fabric Development or Production and Sourcing, with a bachelor’s degree in business, and 3-5 years’ experience
