He/she plays a key role in organizational performance, medical service logistics, optimization of operational processes, support to the management of medical development and continuous improvement of internal processes, customer experience and the episode of care. This role requires positive leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills and a recognized organizational understanding. The Development and Continuous Improvement Manager has a vision of excellence and the ability to solve problems proactively and effectively. **Main Responsibilities** **1. Operational Excellence**- Work closely with the Director of Clinics and Medical Development to support the latter in her various operational challenges; - Participate in various operational and strategic meetings; - Actively contribute to various projects such as the opening of new branches, the implementation of new medical services, etc.; - Participate in the training, integration and development of staff during the implementation of new structures, new services, etc.; - Produce reports and monitor results to ensure that the desired improvements are achieved by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting strategies to improve results; - Organize workshops on Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies, equipping executives with the skills needed to identify and implement improvements in their own areas; - Implement dashboards, in as many sectors of the organization as possible, visual management that allows for rapid identification of waste and opportunities for improvement; - Participate in the supervision and control of clinical budgets; - Participate in the planning and integration of new medical or administrative services. **2. Process Optimization**- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce patient wait times, improve customer experience and sales; - Analyze and improve sales efficiency; - Ensure compliance with current policies, procedures and regulatory standards; - Analyze existing processes, workflows and performance indicators. **3. Customer Experience**- Maintain a consistent, welcoming and professional environment for customers; - Produce a detailed report on customer complaints or concerns and ensure that they are resolved quickly and effectively; - Generate performance indicators for customer satisfaction. **Required/Mandatory Qualifications** - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certificate; - Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or related university degree in business administration; - Experience in project management and KAIZEN facilitation; - Relevant experience in continuous improvement, quality management or optimization of process; - Excellent organizational skills, change management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and files simultaneously; - Demonstrated leadership, influence, and ability to mobilize teams; - Good knowledge of the use of information technologies; - Excellent communication skills in French and English. **Proficiency in data analysis tools** - Advanced Excel: Perform calculations, create graphs and analyze trends; - Tableau: Create data visualization tools; - Minitab: Create statistics for Six Sigma projects. **Conditions**: - Full-time position with possibility of teleworking on an occasional basis; - Dynamic environment and focused on innovation; - Salary based on experience between $90K and $120K/year; - Pension fund with employer contribution; - Allowance for the use of your cell phone; - Health account $ per year; - Training account for development $ per year; - Annual and cumulative Lacroix gift card; - Opportunity for advancement and growth in an expanding company; - Festive and corporate corporate events; - Employee room; - Modern and up-to-date clinics and workspace; - All-you-can-eat coffee; - A dynamic and caring team; - Mobility throughout the network, when required, Travel is generally to the Laval clinic and west of Montreal (mileage reimbursement policy in place).
