**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities encompass**:

- Provide trauma-informed clinical counselling to ICBC clients.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and kinesiologists.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in pain management, trauma recovery, and psychological rehabilitation

**Education, Training, and Experience**:

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
- Active and practicing full registration with one of the following professional associations (valid for the current year):

- _Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada_
- _BC Association of Clinical Counsellors_
- _BC College of Social Workers_
- _Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association_
- _Canadian Professional Counsellors Association_
- Experience working with ICBC clients
- Strong report-writing skills.
