Operations Supervisor

**Production Supervisor - ITAD**:
Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is looking for a **Production Supervisor - ITAD** who is going to be responsible for the overall supervision of the warehouse to ensure output targets are achieved efficiently and effectively and assume the duties of the Operations Manager when necessary.

**Your role as an Production Supervisor - ITAD**:

- Monitoring SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
- Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, equipment
- Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedule
- Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters; make adjustments where necessary
- Ensure all daily checks are completed and maintenance is being completed as scheduled on machinery
- Continually strive to improve processes and systems to improve efficiencies and competitiveness
- Communicate all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties
- Assist in supporting the Company to drive continuous improvement to reduce manufacturing expense
- Coach team and develop their skills
- Facilitate team meetings
- Lead by example in all actions and activities
- Train and monitor staff on work and quality procedures, as well as safe working practices
- Hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination
- Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding work and quality procedures, security and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment
- Instructs and informs team members of the health and safety requirements to promote a safe workplace and ensure the team carries out responsibilities in compliance with the provisions of the governing Occupational Health & Safety legislation and its regulations and wears any required personal protective equipment and clothing
- Reviews and implements the written occupational health and safety policy and posts a copy of the occupational health & safety policy in the workplace
- Reviews and follows up on all reported accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions, making improvements, as necessary
- Instructs and informs team members of the Quality and Environmental policies, procedures, and objectives to promote an environmentally conscious workplace and ensure the team produces quality work product, carrying out responsibilities in accordance with such policies, procedures, and objectives
- Reviews and implements the written quality and environmental policies and procedures, making improvements, as necessary.

**Your education, experience and skills**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Management/Engineering
- 3-5 years of supervisor experience in the electronics/industrial environment
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Outstanding leadership, strong decision making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly and up to 40lbs periodically
- Able to work on Weekends and overtime as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and be able to manage multiple priorities
