**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct and assemble steel stud frameworks for the renovation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist in the construction process.
- Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as required for structural integrity.
- Install drywall and siding as part of the finishing process.
- Restore and repair existing structures as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in framing is required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Experience with power tools, concrete forming, drywall installation, and siding is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
