**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, handling inquiries and reservations effectively.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in the hostess/host area and assist in other areas as needed.
- Responsible for all takeout, over the phone, skip the dishes, online
- Side duties; polishing glassware, cutlery, folding napkins

**Experience**
- Previous hostess/host experience is preferred but not required.
- Background in food service or restaurant experience is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with phone etiquette.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
