**How you will Impact PLATFORM**
- We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture with a focus on overall development.
- Assist in reviewing current systems and workflows (EPIC, Erlon, Policy Works and HubSpot) utilized at PLATFORM and affiliated companies, determine gaps in the data that require updating to support reliable reporting
- Assist with data clean-up to ensure data integrity and mitigate the frequency of data errors
- Develop exception reports using the best reporting solution for the task at hand
- Monitor and provide metrics on clean-up efforts
- Participate as a valued member of the acquisition team with respect to data management
- Be an integral part of the reporting team
- Develop business reports using the data in EPIC, Erlon, Policy Works, and/or HubSpot including forecasting, budget and financial analysis to demonstrate the performance of the business
- Create solutions for reporting gaps utilizing VBA, Power Automate, etc.
- Main resource for VBA based solutions
- Participate in various initiatives and project teams

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of VBA/Excel
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications
- Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results.
