We have an amazing team that adheres to our core values of TRUST, RESPECT, ACCOUNTABILITY, EMPOWERMENT and PASSION. **Responsibilities**: - Connect with clients to promote our App and help with onboarding - Provide exceptional client experience with a "servant leadership" mindset - Receive inbound calls and direct them to team members - Answer questions about products and services - Perform data entry and assist with administration Expectations: - We operate in a fast-paced environment, helping each other to keep up to the high demand - Dynamic roles that may change rapidly - Positive attitude, professional behaviour and attire - Empowering work environment with an expectation to identify challenges and provide solutions - Be involved with a rapidly growing company that expects team members to learn and take on leadership roles **Skills**: - Strong attention to detail - Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly - Excellent command of the english language in both verbal and written form **Education**: - Minimim Grade 12 Diploma - College or University degree an asset but not manditory **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Automotive: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
