Account Manager

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with home account clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive customer retention and growth
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Sales and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Full-service Division
- Demonstrate & describe products to clients in showroom

Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Implement customer feedback programs to continuously improve service quality

Operational
- Perform estimation and blue-print takeoffs to ensure accuracy of quoting the job
- Work closely with the installation team to review custom designs that are feasible for Top Shelf
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless approach to executing sales
- Be responsible for pricing the job and provide all the necessary information to project management to execute the schedule
- Ensure work orders are submitted with all required information, including design details, to facilitate efficient production and timely delivery

Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize business management software and tools to analyze data and identify trends

**Qualifications**

Primary Experience
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Educational Background
- A bachelor's degree with a specialization in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and business management tools
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics

**Working Conditions & Requirements**

Will primarily be working from the office

Planned customer prospecting visits

Needs based customer & job site visits

Valid Driver's license

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
