**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas of snow and ice.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations to ensure safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Snow plowing experience
- Experience operating tractors with snow blowers and/or wheel loaders (depending on operator experience possibly plowing using loader)
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required; commercial driving experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
