Job Responsibilities:

- Aid in the safe removal of hazardous materials from diverse sites.
- Prepare hazardous materials for disposal following detailed work procedures.
- Utilize hand and power tools for the dismantling of structures and the removal of hazardous materials.
- Assist in the setup of job sites for HazMat work, which includes assembling containment structures and sealing off work areas.
- Thoroughly clean and decontaminate work areas and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety standards, in accordance with WorkSafe BC requirements.

**Requirements**:
Experience and Knowledge:

- Willingness to work in hazardous environments while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks over extended periods.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a labor or demolition worker role.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy objects and endure physically demanding tasks for extended durations.
