**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to Holiday Inn Express and Suites brand standards
- Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing to meet IHG's rigorous cleanliness protocols
- Ensure immaculate presentation of guest bathrooms, sleeping areas, and common spaces
- Handle and dispose of waste following Holiday Inn Express and Suites environmental procedures
- Restock guest amenities and room supplies according to brand standards
- Adhere to IHG's health, safety, and security guidelines
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality environments, or cleaning services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and proper sanitization techniques aligned with IHG standards
- Exceptional attention to detail that reflects the Holiday Inn Express and Suites commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and brand consistency
- Professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
