**Duties & Responsibilities**
- This position is responsible for making drinks and serving guests in a warm, attentive and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of all drink and special products available to the guest.
- Utilize Lightspeed point of sales for ordering food and beverages and obtaining reports.
- Accept guest payment, process credit/debit cards, room charges and make change if applicable.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Perform daily, weekly and side duties as assigned.
- Promptly inform a manager/supervisor of any complaints or miscommunications.

**Qualifications**
- Be 19 years of age and have Serving It Right certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $15.65 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cranbrook, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (required)
