Growing Ford dealership looking at adding some horsepower to the sales team

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic person to join our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and build relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
- Assist customers in selecting a new or pre-owned vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide vehicle demonstrations
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities
- Negotiate sales contracts and financing options
- Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth customer transactions
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on new Ford models, features, and benefits

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (required) and clean driving record

- Day shift
- Alternating weekends
- Sundays and Stat holidays off

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- sales: 1 year (required)

Pay: $33,128.71-$130,909.33 per year
