**Production Operators (Full Time)**

**Position Overview**:
To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for production employees (cross functional mixers and line operators) to join our team. Responsibilities involve maintaining a clean and safe work area and working to meet quality and production quotas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a commitment to product quality
- Demonstrates good safety practices, procedures, and ethics
- Demonstrates good cooperation with coworkers and management
- Demonstrates good time-management and schedule compliance
- Align with plan as instructed by shift team lead

**Qualifications**:
Successful Production Workers will possess:

- Ability to work shift work, 12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, weekends and call-in shifts, if required. **We are looking for staff for the overnight shift from 7:00pm-7:00am.**:

- Good punctuality and attendance
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, and has good hand dexterity
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- WHMIS training is provided
- Ability to bend and kneel on a regular basis, and to climb and descend set of 15 stairs regularly
- Ability to lift and pour raw material pails weighting 25kgs
- Ability to count, measure, and operate a timer
