**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Depot & Customer Service**:

- Maintain an organized and efficient landscape depot, ensuring materials are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist customers with material selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load materials for customers and manage inventory.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, card, and invoicing.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

**Social Engagement & Brand Promotion (Asset)**:

- Support company branding efforts by occasionally sharing depot & company activities, promotions, and events on social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, both in-person and online, as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight products and services through digital and in-person interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand loyalty.
- While experience with social media and digital engagement is an asset, the primary focus remains on depot operations and customer service.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in operating loaders and other heavy equipment (training can be provided).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Ability to manage financial transactions with attention to detail.
- Physical capability to handle and move heavy materials as required.
- Clean G class driver’s license. (driver’s abstract required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
